Andrew’s capability in HR and organisational consulting is built on a successful career in the international hotel sector with roles at Director/VP level in corporate HR, spanning Australia, Asia, Europe, Middle East and North America. Following operational to corporate HR positions with Grand Metropolitan, and after a stint as Divisional Manager in commercial catering operations, he joined Inter.Continental Hotels. Here he held the roles of Regional HRD, Corporate Director of Learning & Development and VP HR Asia Pacific. From Intercon Andrew became HRD with Exclusive Hotels of the World for their successful turnaround. After Exclusive Hotels, he developed an HR/OD consulting business with clients spanning hotels, leisure, ICT, pharmaceuticals, professional & financial services, FMCG and Investment Banking in Australia and Asia. He is a well known specialist recruiter to Australian and global blue-chip companies through Peoplecorp where he was joint owner.

Andrew has extensive experience partnering a broad range of clients and HR Directors with practical solutions to their strategic and specific needs.
