Keith Broughton

Keith Broughton is a seasoned reward professional with extensive experience in both the corporate and consulting worlds. After an early career in human resources with Gulf Air he joined Wyatt, a major international remuneration consultancy and consulted to major organisations in compensation and benefits. He subsequently joined WH Smith, a leading retail group, as Group Compensation and Benefits Manager where he restructured the whole approach to pay and benefits across the organisation. His next role was as Vice President, International Compensation and Benefits for Inter-Continental Hotels which continued through the integration with the Holiday Inn Group. After a spell as European Partner in the international team of Mercer Human Resources Consulting Keith embarked on a consulting career, specialising in reward management projects. Recent clients include a major international hotels group, a travel marketing company and a management consultancy with projects covering pay strategy reviews, incentive plans, share schemes, market pay reviews, international compensation and remuneration committee support.
